Chapter 1 and 2 stay the same, chapter 5 needs to become chapter 3 (all 3 chapters need to be integrated into one another but kept separate and labeled chapters 1, 2, and 3). Chapter 3 needs to become the conclusion with all the additions of chapter 4 and needs to be turned into proposed proposal format. Chapter 4 becomes a document review making an argument on the cultural relevancy of standardized tests. All information should evolve around South Dakota high schools and teachers. The Thesis has already gone under review so please note the proposed changes and questions
